About Day's Upholstery
This Is How Our Story Began
Established in 1993, Days Upholstery is a family business comprised of husband and wife duo along with their daughter.
Paul Day began his journey in upholstery in 1976 with an apprenticeship at A W Jones in Weston Rhyn, Shropshire. Over the years, he worked for various upholsterers, even managing a team to upholster the prestigious Dorchester Hotel in London.

Today, Days Upholstery is a well-established and highly reputable firm that specializes in domestic upholstery and antique restoration. With a strong emphasis on traditional upholstery methods, Days has built a reputation for a friendly service, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, utilizing their skills to restore and revive treasured heirlooms.

Most recently, Days Upholstery has extended their services to include tutoring upholstery classes as part of their Upholstery School. They offer a range of engaging and practical classes that incorporate both traditional and modern upholstery skills.
With their combined experience the ‘Day’s Team’ will be offering courses that range from cane seat weaving to hand sprung upholstery, offering something for beginners to more advanced students alike.
We look forward to having you enroll with us!
